Jake Levy, CEO, has over 20 years of experience in the Health Information Technology
industry, with a focus on Senior Housing and Care, Home Health Care, Hospice and Medical Staffing. In 1991, he co-founded
CareKeeper Software, Inc. where he served as Chairman & CEO for over 15 years until the company was sold in 2006. CareKeeper
was a recognized leader in enterprise-wide operations management and clinical systems with hundreds of homecare and medical
staffing agencies nationwide, ranging in size from start-up to over $1 billion in revenue.
April of 2008, Jake joined Dixon Hughes PLLC to lead the Health Information Technology Consulting Practice (‘HITC').
Dixon Hughes is a national CPA and advisory firm with 24 offices and over 1200 professionals. With hundreds of provider clients
nationally, Healthcare is the firm's second largest industry segment focus. HITC offered services ranging from technology
strategy to system search and selection, to system implementation and training. Other service areas included
performance improvement, system optimization, project management and change management.

visionary stage to project planning, product design, product development, documentation, implementation, training, and other
related stages of the software solutions life cycle, Jake has years of experience with healthcare providers in many areas
of information technology and innovation.
Prior to his experience at CareKeeper
Software, Jake worked at Andersen Consulting for three years in Los Angeles where he served in many different industries,
including healthcare, defense and aerospace, and telecommunications.
Jake is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and tradeshows and has published
several articles relating to health information technology. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance
from the University of Texas in Austin.
